Dr Matt Woolley PhD, LLB

Dr Matt is our principal lawyer who offers a unique and pragmatic approach to the law, utilising his experience across the private and public sectors to provide solutions to complex legal, systems and risk management issues.

Dr Woolley was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2014 and is our Principal Lawyer.

Dr Woolley brings with him more than 20 years of experience in a range of private and public sector executive roles and has extensive experience in prosecutions, criminal investigation and incident analysis with a focus on contract, corporate and property law.

Dr Woolley holds a PhD in Occupational Health and Safety and complex regulatory systems (USC), a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (QUT), Bachelor of Laws (UNE NSW) and Bachelor of Arts (Sociology and Political Science) UNE, Diploma of Project Management, Diploma of Business, Diploma of Public Safety, and Diploma of Government Investigations.
